Common questions
- What is the setup fee for?
- The setup fee covers the initial design and build of your website, domain configuration, hosting environment setup, and any Microsoft 365 migration. It is a one-off cost paid before work begins.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The difference in setup fees is charged pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What does 'unlimited content updates' mean?
- Text changes, image swaps, adding or removing pages, and minor layout adjustments. It does not include full redesigns or new feature development.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- There is a 3-month minimum term, after which the contract rolls monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel.
- What happens if I want to cancel?
- Give 30 days' notice. Your domain will be transferred to you and you will receive a copy of all your website files. There is no lock-in beyond the notice period.
