Common questions
- What does the setup fee cover?
- Design, build, and launch of your website — plus domain connection, hosting setup, and on-page SEO. Paid before work begins. Once paid, you own the outcome.
- What counts as a content update?
- Text changes, image swaps, adding or removing a section. Not new pages or redesigns.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. 30 days' notice. Your domain transfers to you and you receive all website files. No lock-in. If you opted for Launch only, your files are delivered on completion — no ongoing commitment.
- Does the retainer include Microsoft 365 support?
- 1 hour per month is included — enough for routine tasks like adding users, password resets, or Teams questions. Larger work is billed at £85/hr.
- Do I need to be on Microsoft 365 already?
- No. If you need a full setup or migration, that's a separate fixed-price project starting from £499.
